I have visited Mr HL’s site of our alumni
and read some of his postings.
I found a link to a voice message by (of) a Cu Huy Ha Vu about his (lodging)
(to)suing Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dzung over (for) some “mistakes”.
As an elderly, I wish to share with you my following viewpoints (as followsas froman elder person) –since hewho is an elderly (assumed tolivemore years hence)
(have) gains more experience”:


[▪ The program is intended to provide medical care for elderly
/´ɛldɚli/ people.
(old or rather old : past middle age)
▪ an elderly couple
▪ providing care for the elderly (elderly people)]
▪ Some people sue /´su:, BE ´sju:/ over the most minor things.
(to sue = to use a legal process by which you try to get a court of law

that has treated you unfairly or hurt you in some way

to bring a lawsuit against someone or something)

1) We should not post anything of dubious sources, personalities, and purposes.
Here, that man Cu Huy Ha Vu is a wretched good-for-nothing (wretched)
as I have never heard of his name in any successful contribution
to either save this country or (of) make it better academically and practically
(in a practical or academical way - the short adjective comes before the long one).
Why do I say he is a bastard good-for-nothing (bastard)?
Simply because he does not learn about (understand - “Vietnamesenglish”) his very status /position (footing)!

▪ I don’t know what’s wrong with her,

Cu Huy Ha Vu and the like enjoyeda (the) luxurious life and good education
(whilst they are not really grown-ups) at their very young age,
and these kids think
that whatever they´ve learned from the West
should (must)be applied (what this country of) in Vietnam
(has to follow, respect, kowtow,andapply as it is or they are).
What is worthy then
as (when) this current economic recession
(including all the past economic crises)
is so exclusively borne by the proud West?
2) The people of Vietnam are (automatically) traditionally agaisnt the “new” (?!).
I appreciate a (the) great saying by (of) the great president of the great country USA
(“Do not ask what the country….’)
and you (I) can take a lesson from it (that saying):
As /Once You Are Fighting (Fight) Against Your Own Country,
Or Keep On Asking whether (Why) This Or (Why) That,
This (It) (this = what you´ve said /mentioned)would (Will) Never Be Great !(.)
I often yell at (agaisnt) the anti-communists (mostly overseas Vietnamese — Vietkieus),
that if they think (say)
the communist leaders of Vietnam cannot manage the country successfully,
just /please give me a name or (some) the names of “worthier” people
who could (can).
Are they (those) –who being so frightened by (of) the then approaching Vietcongs had
(to run in tears and terror) to flee Vietnam in tears and terror(then now whilst)
and are currently living abroad /overseas in destitution (destitute in foreign countries) –
(have) for (so many) decades loudmouths (loud-mouthing)
about “the (cruelty of) Vietnamese communists´ cruelty“, “stupid economic masterplans”,
“corruption”, “degraded human rights” (,) and the like?
Do they — (those)who (having)did (contributing) absolutely nothing to the development of Vietnam–(butnowhaving) now have the sheer (queer) “power”to (mastermind =to be the mastermind of something) lead (some people of) the younger generation of Vietnam?

3) My family is not communist.
Neither am I (am not a) communist myself.
I am a Vietnamese,
and I know (understand) what a citizen should do to his country.
Vietnam has had so many enemies.
Whatever positive (good thing) you think the goverment would (should) listen to (you),
please (openly) tellthem it directly /openly.
If you dare not do that, it’s your fault.
Please do not feel delighted (happy)
as (when) somebody (particularly those living abroad) is writing /writes something (anything) against this regime,and you then (you) forward the link as a “clever (careful)” act to shun your “responsibility ”.
