Theo tin tức VangAnh vừa nhận được, nhà báo bút danh Vơ Tùng – Vơ Duy Đông vừa bị C45 Bộ công an bắt. Anh là phóng viên của Báo Pháp luật TP.HCM, phụ trách khu vực Đồng Nai.

Được biết Pháp luật TP.HCM đă họp báo với công an Đồng Nai và tin tức sẽ được đăng tải vào sáng ngày mai.

Loạt phóng sự nóng hổi về tệ nạn măi dâm mà phóng viên Vơ Tùng đang thực hiện là: B́nh Dương qua mặt Đồng Nai: Múa sex và… tới bến

Thông tin ban đầu cho biết việc nhà báo bị bắt có liên quan đến tiền bạc!

Tuy nhiên, nguyên nhân sâu sa có thể là do loạt bài phóng sự “Nhức nhối nạn đóng “hụi chết” cho CSGT trên quốc lộ 20″ đă đem về GIẢI BA giải thưởng BÁO CHÍ THÀNH PHỐ LẦN THỨ 31 – NĂM 2013 cho báo Pháp Luật. Thời gian vừa qua, phóng viên Hoàng Khương từng bị án 4 năm tù v́ thực hiện loạt phóng sự CSGT nhận hối lộ.

Đă từng có nhiều kết luận của giới nhà báo chuyên nghiệp về việc viết báo rất nguy hiểm tại Việt Nam. Từng có những vụ đánh án do Công An cung cấp thông tin nhưng kết quả là phóng viên bị đi tù. Có những vụ kết án phóng viên gây làn sóng băo táp trên làng báo cũng như dư luận.

Sự việc không đơn giản khi phóng viên bị kết án nhưng không được ṭa soạn, hội nhà báo, và các nhà báo đoàn kết lại đấu tranh bảo vệ quyền tác nghiệp của chính nghề báo.
