Default Vận chuyển heroin, nữ Việt kiều lănh án chung thân
Ngày 24/6, TAND TP.HCM đă xét xử sơ thẩm, tuyên phạt Nguyễn Thị Minh Loan (SN 1957, Quốc tịch Úc) tù chung thân về tội "vận chuyển trái phép chất ma tuư".

Theo kết quả điều tra, vào lúc 20 giờ ngày 18/5/2012, tại cửa khẩu sân bay quốc tế Tân Sơn Nhất, Chi cục Hải quan cửa khẩu sân bay kiểm tra hành lư của Nguyễn Thị Minh Loan (đang làm thủ tục xuất cảnh từ TP.HCM sang Sydney – Úc) th́ phát hiện trong va ly đỏ của Loan 5 túi nylon chứa chất bột (bên ngoài có phủ bột tiêu và bột cà phê) có trọng lượng hơn 1,2 kg chế phẩm heroin với hàm lượng 530,8g heroin tinh khiết.

Tại cơ quan điều tra, Loan khai, từ ngày 9/5/2012, Loan về Việt Nam để làm từ thiện và giải phẫu thẩm mỹ. Đến chiều 13/5/2012, Loan đến khu vực gần nhà thờ Tân Định mua drap giường và một va ly màu đỏ của một người đàn ông trên lề đường Hai Ba Trưng để bỏ drap giường mới mua vào. Sau đó Loan đem va ly này cất ở khách sạn Hoàng Ngọc Mỹ ở quận 5. Đến chiều 18/5/2012, khi Loan đem chiếc va ly đỏ cùng hành lư ra sân bay th́ bị bắt giữ như đă nêu trên.

Tuy nhiên, khi cơ quan điều tra trích xuất và dẫn giải Loan đến đường Hai Bà Trưng, th́ không có cửa hiệu bán va ly nào ở đây và Loan cũng không chỉ ra được người đă bán va ly cho ḿnh. Do đó, dù Loan không thừa nhận ḿnh đă cất giấu heroin vào trong va ly, nhưng cơ quan tố tụng khẳng định “đă có đủ cơ sở xác định Loan thực hiện việc vận chuyển trái phép ma tuư” .

Do mấy anh hải quan choai choai mới lớn không biết mớ hàng này của mấy "bác bự" đưa cho mẹ "xà bần" này đem ra mới bắt lại. Mẹ này bị chết thế.
