Sau khi bị người dân đánh đập, kẻ trộm c̣n phải mang tấm biển lớn “con ăn trộm chó, hăy đánh con đi”.

Phường An Phú Đông, quận 12, TP Hồ Chí Minh hiện là khu vực xảy ra nhiều trường hợp câu trộm chó. Tuy vậy sau khi bắt được kẻ trộm, người dân nơi đây đă không báo cảnh sát mà thường "tự xử" bằng cách đánh đập đối tượng thậm tệ.

Điều đáng nói đây không phải là lần đầu tiên xảy ra chuyện người dân "xử lư" mạnh tay với những tên trộm chó. Đă có những vụ đánh hội đồng đến chết kẻ trộm chó xảy ra.

Trong những vụ án mạng kinh hoàng đó, điều khiến dư luận cảm thấy bất an nhất là thái độ "hoan hỉ" của những người tham gia vào đánh kẻ trộm. Hành vi này của một bộ phận người dân đang làm lung lay đạo đức xă hội và tính nhân văn giữa con người với nhau.

Đành rằng, những đối tượng đi ăn trộm là đáng trách, cần sự lên án của xă hội và phải chịu trách nhiệm trước pháp luật. Tuy nhiên, người dân không nên "làm thay" công việc của nhà chức trách. Nếu phát hiện ra trường hợp tương tự nào, hăy báo công an nơi gần nhất hoặc tổ trưởng tổ dân phố tại địa phương.

Cũng cần phải nhấn mạnh rằng, theo quy định của pháp luật, nếu phát hiện ra cá nhân nào dùng vũ lực đánh người đến chết, chắc chắn người đó sẽ bị truy cứu trách nhiệm h́nh sự về tội danh giết người!...
