“Việc xử lư lún, thấm trong đường hầm sông Sài G̣n cần sớm được xử lư trong thời gian bảo hành đồng thời những tồn tại của hệ thống thiết bị trong hầm cũng cần được nhanh chóng khắc phục”, Sở GTVT TP.HCM đă kiến nghị với UBND TP trong ngày 15.8.

Báo cáo với UBND TP, ông Lương Minh Phúc, Trưởng ban Quản lư (BQL) đầu tư xây dựng công tŕnh giao thông đô thị TP.HCM (đại diện chủ đầu tư) cho hay, mức độ thấm xảy ra ở hầm nằm trong giới hạn cho phép và xuất hiện trong giai đoạn sau khi thông xe đường hầm. Hiện nhà thầu Obayashi đang khắc phục thấm và dự kiến sẽ hoàn thành trong tháng 8.2012.
Trong khi đó, Sở GTVT cho rằng các vấn đề về xử lư kỹ thuật như lún, thấm là rất quan trọng liên quan công tác bảo tŕ và tuổi thọ khai thác công tŕnh về lâu dài, do đó BQL phải yêu cầu đơn vị tư vấn và nhà thầu có đánh giá đầy đủ để xây dựng quy tŕnh bảo tŕ, xử lư khắc phục.
Bên cạnh những hư hỏng xảy ra ở hạng mục xây dựng, hệ thống thiết bị ở đường hầm sông Sài G̣n cũng xảy ra hàng chục khiếm khuyết.
Theo thống kê của Trung tâm Quản lư đường hầm sông Sài G̣n (thuộc Sở GTVT), từ khi đưa đường hầm vượt sông Sài G̣n vào sử dụng (từ 21.11.2011) đến nay đă xảy ra 85 lỗi hệ thống thiết bị.
Các lỗi này xuất hiện ở hệ thống điện, hệ thống thông gió, thoát nước và chữa cháy. Ngay cả hệ thống thông tin liên lạc và quan sát đường hầm (CCTV) cũng xảy ra hàng loạt lỗi, trong đó nổi bật là các camera không thể quan sát được hết đường hầm.
Trước t́nh trạng này, Sở GTVT đề nghị UBND TP chỉ đạo BQL chạy đua khắc phục t́nh trạng lún, thấm và những tồn tại của hệ thống thiết bị bởi thời gian bảo hành công tŕnh không c̣n nhiều (21.11.2012).
Liên quan đến những kiến nghị trên, ông Lê Hoàng Quân, Chủ tịch UBND TP yêu cầu Sở GTVT, Trung tâm Quản lư đường hầm sông Sài G̣n và BQL đầu tư xây dựng công tŕnh giao thông đô thị TP rà soát lại toàn bộ hồ sơ thiết kế và kỹ thuật của đường hầm khi bàn giao; tiếp tục quan trắc việc xử lư các vết thấm; khi bàn giao phải đảm bảo chất lượng công tŕnh như thiết kế…

Trung tâm Quản lư đường hầm sông Sài G̣n cho biết, sau chín tháng hoạt động đă xảy ra hơn 40 vụ va quẹt, tai nạn giao thông làm bị thương 13 người (không có người chết) ở hầm. Trong đó, có gần 280 ô tô chạy vào làn xe máy và nhiều trường hợp đă gây tai nạn giao thông.
“Vi phạm giao thông xảy ra trong hầm diễn ra c̣n phổ biến. Gần đây nhiều loại xe ben chở đất đá, bùn lỏng qua hầm vào giờ cấm, đồng thời làm rơi văi trong hầm. Do vậy, Công an TP cần bổ sung lực lượng tuần tra, xử lư nghiêm các tài xế cố t́nh vi phạm nhằm tránh các sự cố đáng tiếc xảy ra”, ông Trần Quan Lâm, Giám đốc Trung tâm quản lư đường hầm sông Sài G̣n kiến nghị.

...Không đua cũng phải đua để khỏi bị chôn sống ....

Mấy cái máy Camera là thuộc một trong những linh kiện rẽ nhất so với các thiết bị khác trong đường hầm. Tuy nhiên cũng rất là quan trọng để tiện việc theo dơi những nơi bị biến dạng trong đường hầm. Vậy mà tụi nó cũng ăn xén, ăn bớt đi rồi bảo là không thể quan sát hết đường hầm. Không chừng những cái mà gắn trên tường cũng chỉ là cái vỏ, c̣n cái ruột th́ nằm ngoài Tạ Thu Thâu hết rồi hahahha. Trong thời kỳ đỉnh cao th́ cái ǵ mà nằm trên cao đều được cán bộ, và Đảng viên ưa thích.
