Tin nêu rơ tên của nữ tiếp viên hàng không Vietnam Airlines Nguyễn Bích Ngọc, bị t́nh nghi đă chuyển lên chiếc xe buưt chuyên dụng dành cho Vietnam Airline khi xe này đi từ một khách sạn ở Osaka

Cảnh sát Tokyo hôm nay cho biết đă bắt giữ một nữ tiếp viên hàng không Việt nam 25 tuổi v́ nghi chuyển lậu đồ ăn cắp tại Nhật đưa về Việt Nam.

Ngoài ra, cảnh sát Tokyo cũng đă tiến hành khám xét văn pḥng của hăng hàng không Airlines tại đó.

Tin nêu rơ tên của nữ tiếp viên hàng không Vietnam Airlines Nguyễn Bích Ngọc, bị t́nh nghi đă chuyển lên chiếc xe buưt chuyên dụng dành cho Vietnam Airline khi xe này đi từ một khách sạn ở Osaka đến phi trường quốc tế Kansai, một số quần áo ăn cắp trị giá chừng 125 ngàn yen Nhật, tương đương 1100 đô la Mỹ.

Số hàng áo quần này được nói chuyển theo yêu cầu của một phụ nữ 30 tuổi sinh sống tại Nhật và từng bị kết án mua đồ ăn cắp.
Nữ tiếp viên Nguyễn Bích Ngọc của Vietnam Airlines đă bác bỏ cáo buộc từ phía Nhật và nói rằng cô không biết số áo quần nhận chuyển giúp là đồ ăn cắp. Cô này c̣n nói thêm rằng nhiều đồng nghiệp của cô củng từng đưa lậu hàng về Việt Nam để kiếm thêm thu nhập.

Hồi năm 2009, một viên phi công phụ của Vietnam Airlines cũng bị kết án về tội chuyển lậu hàng ăn cắp ở Nhật về Việt Nam.

Một siêu thị ở quận Saitama, phía bắc Tokyo phải treo biển bằng tiếng Việt cảnh báo rằng camera đang hoạt động và nếu ai ăn cắp sẽ bị cảnh sát bắt. Ảnh minh họa.

Ngày 26-3, truyền thông Nhật Bản dẫn lời cảnh sát nước này nói cảnh sát đă bắt giữ một nữ tiếp viên hàng không 25 tuổi của Vietnam Airlines với nghi ngờ cô xách lậu hàng ăn cắp về Việt Nam.


Hăng tin Kyodo cho biết văn pḥng của Vietnam Airlines ở Tokyo cũng bị lục soát.

Sở cảnh sát Tokyo nói họ nghi ngờ khoảng 20 nhân viên của Vietnam Airlines liên quan đến vụ xách hàng lậu và đă yêu cầu năm trong số các nhân viên trên đến sở tŕnh diện. Năm người (bao gồm một cơ phó và bốn tiếp viên) hiện đang không có mặt ở Nhật.

Cảnh sát cho biết tiếp viên bị bắt (tên Nguyen Bich Ngoc) đă bác bỏ mọi cáo buộc, nói rằng cô không biết những món hàng quần áo là đồ ăn cắp. Vào tháng 9 năm ngoái, tiếp viên này từng bị nghi ngờ vận chuyển 21 món hàng quần áo ăn cắp trị giá 125.000 yen trên chiếc xe buưt chở phi hành đoàn từ một khách sạn ở Osaka đến sân bay quốc tế Kansai. Nữ tiếp viên bị cáo buộc xách hàng lậu theo yêu cầu của một phụ nữ người Việt (30 tuổi) ở Nhật, đă bị truy tố v́ mua hàng ăn cắp.

Kyodo cho biết tiếp viên Nguyen Bich Ngoc bị cáo buộc xách lô hàng lậu trị giá tổng cộng 3 triệu yen lên máy bay và nhận tiền công vận chuyển từ tháng 6 năm ngoái.

Vietnam Airlines t́m hiểu và hợp tác điều tra

Trong thông cáo báo chí phát ra ngay trong tối 26-3, đại diện Hăng hàng không Vietnam Airlines (VNA) cho biết ngay trong sáng 26-3, đại diện VNA đă có buổi làm việc với cơ quan cảnh sát Tokyo tại trụ sở văn pḥng VNA để cung cấp thông tin và tài liệu cần thiết hỗ trợ việc điều tra.

Ngay buổi chiều hôm nay 26-3, một Phó tổng giám đốc VNA cũng đă có buổi làm việc với A85 Bộ Công An Việt Nam để tiếp tục phối hợp trong công tác điều tra.

Theo ông Lê Trường Giang, người phát ngôn VNA, sau khi nhận được thông báo về việc nữ tiếp viên Nguyễn Bích Ngọc (sinh năm 1988) bị tạm giữ để phục vụ điều tra, Chi nhánh VNA tại Nhật Bản đă ngay lập tức liên hệ để nắm bắt thông tin và bày tỏ thái độ hợp tác làm sáng tỏ vụ việc nhưng cũng không nhận được bất kỳ thông tin chính thức nào từ phía cơ quan điều tra.

Cũng theo ông Giang, từ ngày 27-2, ngay sau khi cơ quan báo chí Nhật đăng tin về việc một thành viên phi hành đoàn của Vietnam Airlines bị t́nh nghi mang hàng xách tay có nguồn gốc trộm cắp tại Nhật Bản, lănh đạo hăng đă chỉ đạo Chi nhánh Vietnam Airlines tại Nhật Bản chủ động liên hệ với cơ quan cảnh sát Tokyo (cơ quan chức năng thụ lư vụ việc) để làm rơ các thông tin trên. VNA cũng đă liên hệ với Đại sứ quán Việt Nam tại Nhật và Bộ Công An để phối hợp điều tra theo quy định nhưng chưa được chính thức cung cấp đầy đủ như báo chí đă nêu.

Quan điểm chỉ đạo của VNA là cương quyết làm rơ và xử lư nghiêm đối với bất kỳ cá nhân nào là tiếp viên hay cán bộ công nhân viên trong VNA lợi dụng việc thực hiện nhiệm vụ để mang hành lư sai quy định. Đồng thời, VNA cũng đă kiểm tra và chấn chỉnh lại quy định, tiêu chuẩn liên quan để ngăn chặn việc mang hàng hóa sai quy định trong quá tŕnh thực hiện nhiệm vụ.

VNA khẳng định sẽ khẩn trương tích cực hợp tác với các cơ quan điều tra, không bao che, tránh né, kiên quyết xử lư nghiêm minh các trường hợp vi phạm theo quy định của pháp luật và cung cấp thông tin chính xác, kịp thời dựa trên các nguồn tin xác thực.
