Việt Nam chỉ kư với 2 quốc gia Đông Nam Á là Lào và Campuchia về việc sử dụng được giấy phép lái xe mang tính quốc tế. Do đó, GPLX của Thái Lan hoàn toàn không có giá trị trên lănh thổ Việt Nam

Không lẽ quốc tế với VN chỉ là có 2 nước này thôi sao. Mấy đồng chí Việt Kiều cẩn thận nhen, chạy xe xịn ở VN với bằng lái ... quốc tế giả từ Mẽo th́ coi chừng bị tịch thu xe oan uổng đó
