COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Một người đàn ông Mỹ gốc Việt đã bị truy tố về tội 2 lần hiếp dâm một bà cụ hàng xóm 81 tuổi.

Anh Nguyen, 25 tuổi, cư ngụ ở địa chỉ 1833 Ormond Ave., bị truy tố 2 tội hiếp dâm và 2 tội trộm gia trọng vì đột nhập vào nhà một bà cụ hàng xóm, mà cảnh sát nói đã xảy ra ngày 8 và ngành 12 tháng 7-2013.

Tiền tại ngoại tòa định cho Nguyen là 1 triệu đôla, khi Nguyen ra trước tòa Franklin County Minicipal Court thụ lý hồ sơ.

Cảnh sát Columbus ghi trong hồ sơ tòa rằng nguyen sống gần nhà nạn nhân, một bà cụ 81 tuổi, và đã đột nhập nhà bà cụ qua một cửa sổ sau nhà vào rạng sáng ngày 8 tháng 7-2013. Nguyen hiếp bà cụ, và trộm 20 đôla trước khi rời nhà, theo cảnh sát.

Nguyen trở lại vào 4 ngày sau, và hiếp cụ bà lần nữa, theo cảnh sát. Nguyen đòi 20 đôla, nhưng nạn nhân không có tiền mặt để trao cho y, theo cảnh sát.

Dấu tay của Nguyen in trên một cửa sổ sau nhà bà cụ, và bà cụ đã chỉ vào y khi cảnh sát đưa nhiều hình cho bà cụ xem.

Một công tố viên nói trước tòa rằng Nguyen có tiền án hìnhs ự ở Texas và Georgia.

Một luật sư công nói rằng Nguyen thất nghiệp và đã sống ở Columbus trong 11 năm nay.

Có lẽ quái đãng csvn gữi check $150 cho nó quá trễ, cho nên nó đành phải đi làm trai bao để lấy đở $20 mua mì gói sống qua ngày để chờ check đến. Không may cho nó chắc là bốn lù quá dỡ cho nên bà cụ mới thưa tội hiếp dâm. Tội quá! làm việc khác thì đâu đến nổi này.
