AP – Hôm trưa thứ tư 29/5 công tố viên đặc biệt Robert Mueller lần đầu tiên xuất hiện đưa ra các nhận định của ông một cách công khai về bản báo cáo điều tra Nga chen vào bầu cử Mỹ năm 2016.

Trong bài nói chuyện, ông Mueller nói ông tin là ông bị cản trở về mặt pháp luật không thể truy tố tội h́nh sự đối với TT Trump nhưng nhấn mạnh là bản báo cáo của ông không xá tội cho TT Trump.

Như thế Mueller đă cảnh báo cho các nhà lập pháp Hoa Kỳ, vốn luôn thúc giục ông phải lên tiếng công khai kể từ khi ông giao nộp bản báo cáo điều tra cho Bộ Tư Pháp, là ông không thể nói khác hơn nội dung của bản báo cáo.

Ông Mueller nói: “Nếu chúng tôi tin là TT Hoa Kỳ đă không phạm tội h́nh sự, chúng tôi đă nói lên điều đó. Nhưng chúng tôi không quyết định như thế, là liệu TT Trump có phạm tội hay không”

Mặc dù không kết luận Tổng thống Trump phạm tội, ông Mueller nhắc lại cuộc điều tra đă t́m thấy “nhiều nỗ lực có hệ thống” nhằm can thiệp vào cuộc bầu cử diễn ra năm 2016 và đây là thực tế mà công chúng Mỹ cần quan tâm.

Trước đây TT Trump tuyên bố là bản báo cáo Mueller đă không kết tội ông cản trở công lư. Trên bức điện tweet hôm nay, TT Trump cho biết: “Không có đủ bằng chứng kết tội một người và theo luật của đất nước chúng ta th́ người đó vô tội, vụ này đă kết thúc rồi!”

Các nhà lập pháp Hoa Kỳ và công luận luôn thúc giục ông Robert Mueller nên ra điều trần công khai trước Quốc Hội về những ǵ ông đă khám phá và giải thích v́ sao có căng thẳng giữa ông và Bộ Trưởng Tư Pháp William Barr.

Bộ Trưởng Barr th́ nói ‘ông thấy ngạc nhiên khi đọc bản báo cáo là ông Mueller đă không có kết luận dứt khoát là liệu TT Trump có phạm tội cản trở công lư hay không’, mặc dù trong báo cáo và hôm nay ông Mueller nói rơ là ông không có quyền lựa chọn v́ bị ràng buộc bởi các quy tắc của Bộ Tư pháp ‘một TT Mỹ đương nhiệm th́ không thể bị luận tội được’

Ở chổ riêng tư, ông Mueller cũng than phiền với ông Barr là bản đúc kết do ông Barr viết dài 4 trang thu gọn bản báo cáo dài 448 trang của ông đă không tŕnh bày rơ ràng các chứng cớ mà ông đă khám phá.

thực sự chúng ta quan tâm vấn đề này để t́m hiểu thôi, khi mà ông Mueller đă nói câu kết luận trên TV là Nga luôn luôn can thiệp vào chuyện bất cứ người Mỹ nào và chấm hết.

WASHINGTON — The investigation led by Robert S. Mueller III found no evidence that President Trump or any of his aides coordinated with the Russian government’s 2016 election interference, according to a summary of the special counsel’s key findings made public on Sunday by Attorney General William P. Barr.

Mr. Mueller, who spent nearly two years investigating Moscow’s determined effort to sabotage the last presidential election, found no conspiracy “despite multiple offers from Russian-affiliated individuals to assist the Trump campaign,” Mr. Barr wrote in a letter to lawmakers.

Mr. Mueller’s team drew no conclusions about whether Mr. Trump illegally obstructed justice, Mr. Barr said, so he made his own decision. The attorney general and his deputy, Rod J. Rosenstein, determined that the special counsel’s investigators had insufficient evidence to establish that the president committed that offense.

He cautioned, however, that Mr. Mueller’s report states that “while this report does not conclude that the president committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him” on the obstruction of justice issue.

Still, the release of the findings was a significant political victory for Mr. Trump and lifted a cloud that has hung over his presidency since before he took the oath of office. It is also likely to alter discussion in Congress about the fate of the Trump presidency; some Democrats had pledged to wait until the special counsel finished his work before deciding whether to initiate impeachment proceedings.

Điều này dĩ nhiên rồi . V́ những điểm này mà làm cho mỗi tư tưởng của người sẽ nghĩ những điểm khác nhau ngay cả dân mỹ cũng vậy . Rồi là phang tùm lum trên mọi forum

Cũng chính v́ điểm này ông M đă đắn đo triệt hạ TT Trump sẽ bất lợi ở trong thời điểm hiện nay, t́nh h́nh chính trị nước mỹ sẽ náo loạn,và thế giới sẽ có một cuộc khủng hoảng không lường . Ngay cả 2 đảng đều nhận thấy
Cho nên ông M t́m kế thoát ra khỏi cái ṿng luẩn quẩn .. để khỏi dính dáng về sau này

Phải nói Bộ trưởng Tư pháp là 1 thiên tai , cuộc điều tra thực hiện trong 2 năm với sự góp sức của nhiều luật sư đuợc đúc kết thành bản báo cáo dài 448 trang vậy mà ngài Barr chỉ trong ṿng vài ngày rút gọn thành 4 trang và câu kết là tonton vô tội ....4 trang này thật đáng đồng tiền bát gạo(thuế of dân đen).....
