VBF-Chắc không cần phải nói nhiều, chỉ cần nhìn vào những hình ảnh tràn ngập các trang mạng thôi. Thấy dễ dàng rằng TT Hàn Quốc vui mừng thực sự vì có thể cứu được Bắc Hàn khỏi đói nghèo như Tây Đức đã làm với Đông Đức. Nhưng phải coi chừng chuyện thật không đơn giản như vậy, Bắc Hàn nhìn Kim Jong Un thì biết, miễn cưỡng phải ký, vì đây là kế hoạch của TC rồi.

Trong tuyên bố chung được lãnh đạo Hàn Quốc và Triều Tiên đưa ra chiều 27/4, hai miền sẽ hướng đến mục tiêu chấm dứt chiến tranh trong năm nay và thay hiệp ước đình chiến bằng hiệp ước hòa bình.

Theo CNN, lãnh đạo 2 miền Triều Tiên cho biết sẽ ký hiệp ước hòa bình trong năm nay, chấm dứt toàn toàn tình trạng chiến tranh kể từ năm 1953. Hiện nay, Triều Tiên và Hàn Quốc chỉ duy trì hiệp ước đình chiến, được thiết lập từ sau giai đoạn chiến tranh 1950-1953.

Sau khi ký vào bản tuyên bố, Tổng thống Hàn Quốc nói: "Sẽ không còn chiến tranh trên bán đảo Triều Tiên, một kỷ nguyên hòa bình mới đã bắt đầu.

Trong khi đó, ông Kim Jong-un cho rằng: "Hai miền Nam - Bắc cần song hành với nhau, bởi chúng ta có chung dòng máu và là anh em".



Lãnh đạo Triều Tiên, Hàn Quốc ký vào bản tuyên bố chung.

Tuyên bố có tên chính thức là "Tuyên bố Bàn Môn Điếm về Hòa bình, Thịnh vượng và Thống nhất trên bán đảo Triều Tiên", được công bố sau một ngày hội đàm và 30 phút trò chuyện riêng giữa ông Kim Jong-un và ông Moon Jae-in.

Tuyên bố chung còn cho biết hai miền Triều Tiên sẽ hướng đến việc phi hạt nhân hóa toàn diện và Tổng thống Moon Jae-in sẽ đến thăm Bình Nhưỡng mùa thu năm nay.
