Trang # 2 và Trang # 3 của phán quyết của Thẩm phán Aileen Cannon trích dẫn một trích dẫn từ hồ sơ pháp lư của DOJ, ngày 10 tháng 5, rằng Joe Biden đă ra lệnh cho Cục Quản lư Lưu trữ và Hồ sơ Quốc gia cung cấp quyền truy cập cho FBI để xem xét hồ sơ Trump. Lưu ư dấu ngoặc kép:

Vào ngày 10 tháng 5 năm 2022, NARA thông báo cho Nguyên đơn rằng họ sẽ tiến hành “cung cấp [cho] FBI quyền truy cập vào các hồ sơ được đề cập, theo yêu cầu của Tổng thống đương nhiệm , bắt đầu sớm nhất là vào Thứ Năm, ngày 12 tháng 5 năm 2022.” [ trích dẫn ]



Ngày 24 tháng 8 năm 2022 , Joe Biden bị thẩm vấn về việc ông có bao nhiêu thông báo liên quan đến cuộc đột kích của FBI vào nhà của Tổng thống Trump tại Mar-a-Lago ở Florida.
