VBF-Không thể tin điểm của chỉ số Dow Jones rớt thảm nhất trong lịch sử nước Mỹ. Chỉ trong 1 ngày mà rớt tới 1,175 điểm. Cách đây 10 năm th́ chỉ số giảm chỉ đến 777 điểm, nay th́ đă vượt xa.

Những chuyên viên mua bán chứng khoán đang làm việc tại thị trường New York Stock Exchange ngày thứ Hai, khi mà chỉ số Dow Jones đă mất hơn 1,175 điểm.

NEW YORK - Những người hoạt động trong lănh vực tài chánh đang thắc mắc chuyện ǵ đă xảy tại thị trường trao đổi chứng khoán tại New York trong ngày thứ Hai vừa qua. Chỉ số trung b́nh Dow Jones đă bị rớt hơn 1,175 điểm. Đây là số điểm bị giảm nhiều nhất trong một ngày trong lịch sử.

Trong cùng thời gian giới mua bán chứng khoán tại New York đang lo lắng, chưa biết tại sao Dow Jones bị giảm một cách đáng sợ như vậy, th́ ngược lại Tổng Thống Donald Trump đă xuất hiện trước công chúng tại thành phố Cincinnati, tiểu bang Ohio và tuyên bố rằng nền kinh tế của nước Mỹ đang phát triển tưng bừng nhờ luật giảm thuế của Cộng Ḥa.

Lần cuối cùng mà Dow Jones bị sụt giảm với một con số lớn nhất trong một ngày là vào ngày 29 tháng 9, 2008, khi Dow bị mất 777 điểm. Giờ đây con số đó quá khiêm nhượng so với gần 1,200 điểm bị mất trong ngày thứ Hai vừa qua.

Trước khi thị trường kết thúc những cuộc mua bán vào buổi chiều, có lúc Dow bị giảm hơn 1,500 điểm, và cuối cùng kết thúc ở chỉ số 24,345, tức là bị giảm 1,175 điểm so với chỉ số lúc thị trường mới bắt đầu vào sáng cùng ngày.

Trong cùng lúc ông Trump đề cao sự việc lương bổng của công nhân đang gia tăng và chỉ trích đảng Dân Chủ tại Ohio, thị trường Dow bị giảm 500 điểm tại New York.

Tất cả ba đài truyền h́nh dây cáp lớn đă chiếu h́nh ảnh thị trường bị giảm trong thời gian ông Trump đang phát biểu, và đài Fox News đă phải cắt qua h́nh ảnh ông đang nói chuyện trước công chúng khi chỉ số Dow đă bị rớt tới con số 1,000.

Tuy bị rớt với số điểm cao nhất trong một ngày, t́nh trạng rối loạn tại thị trường Dow ngày thứ Hai vẫn chưa thấm tháp ǵ nếu tính về tỉ lệ phần trăm bị giảm mất. Vào ngày thứ Hai, tỉ lệ bị giảm của Dow là 4.6 phần trăm. Tỉ lệ này rất thấp so với 22 phần trăm khi mà thị trường từng bị rớt tệ hại vào năm 1987. Thế nhưng hậu quả đă khiến các thị trường tại Á Châu bị giảm vào sáng thứ Ba.

chắc chắn tụi nó đang đang tim đi hết nỗi khi nghe cái tin 1200 point on the same day.. damm in 2008 it was only 777 point là đă nhẩy lầu rồi .. hheheheheh
