Default Báo chí Trung Quốc dọa "sẽ cho Việt Nam một bài học"
Tờ Hoàn Cầu Thời Báo, số ra ngày hôm nay, 06/05/2014, viết rằng Trung Quốc phải « cho Việt Nam một bài học », nếu Hà Nội bị cho là gây thêm căng thẳng trên Biển Đông. Hoàn Cầu Thời Báo, một tờ báo có quan hệ mật thiết với Đảng Cộng sản Trung Quốc, đăng bài xă luận nói trên sau khi Việt Nam phản đối việc Trung Quốc lần đầu tiên đưa giàn khoan đến vùng biển thuộc chủ quyền của Việt Nam trên Biển Đông, xem đây là hành động « bất hợp pháp ».


Giàn khoan Hải Dương HD-981 nằm trong thềm lục địa của Việt Nam, cách bờ biển Việt Nam 120 hải lư (DR)

Theo tuyên bố của bộ Ngoại giao Việt Nam ngày 04/05, Cục Hải sự Trung Quốc đă ra thông báo cho biết giàn khoan có tên Hải Dương 981 (HD-981) sẽ tiến hành khoan và tác nghiệp từ ngày 04/05 đến ngày 15/08 tại vị trí có tọa độ nằm hoàn toàn trong vùng đặc quyền kinh tế, thềm lục địa của Việt Nam, cách bờ biển Việt Nam khoảng 120 hải lư.

Phát ngôn viên bộ Ngoại Giao Việt Lê Hải B́nh tuyên bố hành động của phía Trung Quốc là « bất hợp pháp và vô giá trị, Việt Nam kiên quyết phản đối ». Phía Bắc Kinh đă bác bỏ cáo buộc của Hà Nội, khẳng định là giàn khoan nói trên hoạt động hoàn toàn torong vùng biển của Trung Quốc.

Đáp lại phản ứng của phía Việt Nam, tờ Hoàn Cầu Thời Báo hôm nay khẳng định « Hà Nội sẽ không dám tấn công trực tiếp các giàn khoan của Trung Quốc. Nhưng nếu Việt Nam có thêm những hành động ở Tây Sa ( tên Trung Quốc quần đảo Hoàng Sa của Việt Nam ), mức độ các biện pháp đối phó của Trung Quốc phải được nâng lên ». Tờ báo viết tiếp : « Nếu Việt Nam trở nên hung hăng hơn Philippines, Trung Quốc phải cho Hà Nội một bài học đích đáng ».

Theo hăng tin AP, nhiều nhà phân tích cho rằng chiến lược của Trung Quốc hiện nay là nâng dần mức độ xác quyết chủ quyền trên Biển Đông, v́ nghĩ rằng các nước láng giềng nhỏ hơn rất nhiều sẽ không thể hoặc không dám ngăn chận. Hà Nội đă từng tố cáo tàu Trung Quốc cắt dây cáp tàu thăm ḍ dầu khí của Việt Nam và sách nhiễu ngư dân Việt Nam.

Cũng theo nhận định của AP, những hành động nói trên của Bắc Kinh đặt chính quyền độc đoán của Việt Nam vào thế khó xử, v́ người dân Việt Nam vẫn căm ghét Trung Quốc, đồng minh về ư thức hệ của Hà Nội. Các nhà bất đồng chính kiến vẫn lên án chính quyền Việt Nam tỏ ra nhu nhược với Bắc Kinh.
