VietBao_Bạn thân,Có vẻ như các công ty của xứ tư bản giãy chết đang có cách trả thù êm ái: vào Việt Nam làm ăn, rồi khai lỗ liên tục nhiều năm bất kể thương vụ tăng vọt khổng lồ.

Tình hình này chắc chắn là phải có tay trong ở VN yểm trợ, vì nếu không có cấu kết như thế, không thể nào thoát mạng lưới đã giỏi nghề vặn cổ nhân dân để moi ra đôla cả.

Nghĩa là, lặng lẽ, cả tư bản quốc tế cấu kết cùng quan chức nhà nước Hà Nội rút ruột sức lực Việt Nam.

Báo Tuổi Trẻ nêu vấn đề, gọi là “Dấu hiệu bất thường ở Coca Cola VN.”

Bản tin báo này viết: “Thống lĩnh thị phần đồ uống tại thị trường VN, doanh số tăng theo chiều thẳng đứng, nhưng từ khi đầu tư tại thị trường VN đến nay Coca Cola chưa từng đóng một đồng thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp nào do liên tục khai lỗ.”

Nghĩa là suốt 18 năm ở Việt Nam, công ty Coca-Cola VN chưa từng nộp đồng thuế nào hết.

Vậy mà không bị gì mới hay. Có phải quan chức CSVN nhận được tiền để ém nhẹm?

Vì doanh nghiệp VN khai lỗ chừng hai năm là có chuyện liền. Hay phải chăng đây là cách nước Mỹ trả thù, qua bàn tay tư bản Coca-Cola rút ruột thị trường VN?

Báo Tuổi Trẻ viết:

“Cục Thuế TP.HCM cho biết từ khi thành lập (tháng 2-1994) đến nay chưa năm nào Công ty Coca Cola VN khai có lãi dù doanh thu tăng liên tục qua mỗi năm. Năm 2004 doanh thu 728 tỉ đồng, số lỗ là 110 tỉ đồng. Năm 2006 doanh thu vọt lên 1.026 tỉ đồng thì số lỗ lên đến 253 tỉ đồng.

Mới nhất năm 2010, doanh thu của Coca Cola VN lên đến 2.529 tỉ đồng nhưng chi phí lại lên đến 2.717 tỉ đồng, dẫn đến số lỗ 188 tỉ đồng. Lũy kế đến nay công ty này đã lỗ tổng cộng 3.768 tỉ đồng, vượt cả số vốn đầu tư ban đầu là 2.950 tỉ đồng.”

Lý do? Tại sao lỗ? Một quan chức thuế là Ông Lê Duy Minh, trưởng phòng kiểm tra thuế số 1 Cục Thuế TP.SG, “cho biết “bí quyết” để DN này có thể liên tục kê khai lỗ nằm ở chi phí nguyên phụ liệu, trong đó chủ yếu là hương liệu được nhập trực tiếp từ công ty mẹ với giá rất cao.”

Ha ha… Tuyệt vời. Suốt 18 năm, một công ty tư bản quốc tế thương vụ khống chế Việt Nam, vẫn khai lỗ, vẫn không nộp một xu thuế nào.

Có phải có bàn tay quan chức nào che đỡ? Rút ruột thị trường VN, thực tế là mồ hôi nước mắt của toàn dân vậy.

Cái này phải hỏi thủ tướng. Thủ tướng có cử nhân luật nên thủ tướng trả lời được.

Không thể trả lời vì đảng và nhà thủ tướng uống toàn Coca-Cola nhập lậu.
Uống coca sản xuất trong nước sợ trúng độc Mỹ Ngụy gài lại.

Thì bây giờ VC cũng đang trả thù Mỹ đấy thôi,cho con cháu qua Mỹ vừa ăn vừa ỉa trên nước Mỹ đấy.

Công Ty Ngoại Quốc muốn vào VN làm ăn, phải quá 1 lớp dầy Lobbying, muốn rõ chuyện của Cocacola Phải hỏi GS, TS Phan Lương Cầm, phu nhân cố Thủ tướng Võ Văn Kiệt
Vì lúc Coca Cola vào VN Võ Văn Kiệt đang làm Thủ tướng Nuoc Việt.
Những đống hụi chết cho các bà Phu-Nhân*(ở đây mình không nói đến Tứ Trụ hay* Ministers - để cho mấy phu-nhân đảm nhận công việc thu Tiền - đến khi có gì lộn xộn thì dể chối tội)
Có lẽ đến 50% tổng số tiền thu được đóng hụi chết, thử làm bài toán xem sao*:

Năm 2006 thu 1026 tỉ đồng VN tương duong US$50,000,000.00
Thì phải đóng hui chet US$25,000,000.00 rồi thì làm sao lời cho được*?
