Default Một người Việt đối diện án tù 54 năm ở Mỹ
(ĐVO) Jim Duc Nguyen, 24 tuổi, bị cáo buộc đấm chết một người đàn ông và đang đối diện án tù 54 năm cho đến chung thân, nếu bị ṭa án kết tội.

Cảnh sát San Diego (bang California, Mỹ) cho biết, vụ án mạng xảy ra vào khoảng 12h25 sáng 2/6 bên ngoài một nhà hoàng ở Grantville trên đường Friars Road.

Theo công tố viên Chris Moon, nhóm người của Duc Nguyen đi dự tiệc và sau đó, khi đă có chút hơi men th́ tụ tập bên ngoài nhà hàng. Thấy vậy, người quản lư đă yêu cầu Ador Laus, một thành viên của bữa tiệc, gọi nhóm người của Duc vào trong nói chuyện.

Không những tỏ rơ thái độ phản kháng và to tiếng với nhau, Duc Nguyen đă đâm Christopher “C.J.” Manzon, 25 tuổi, khiến nạn nhân tử vong.

Ador Laus cố ngăn cản cậu thanh niên gốc Việt này, cũng bị thương tích.

Thế nhưng, trong phiên ṭa mở ngày 6/6 vừa qua, Duc Nguyen lại hoàn toàn phủ nhận hành động giết người này. Hiện, Duc đă nộp tiền băo lănh tại ngoại 2 triệu USD.

...bail 10% th́ tiền đó sẻ mất dù có thắng kiện.. . c̣n thế chấp nhà cửa đủ số tiền 100% toà đ̣i hỏi th́ đến ngày ra toà sốt tiền đó không bị mất 1 xu ...

đỡ hơn mấy thằng ở vn muốn hàng mỹ trắng ko có phải qua sing, thái hay châu âu chơi, đâu phải thằng nào bên này cũng về vn kiếm hàng đâu haha, mày tưởng ở mỹ ko có hàng sao mỹ trắng hay vn sao mà phải vê` bên kia chơi ? ở xứ này muốn chơi gái nào mà ko có, mỹ, mễ, vn, đại hàn.. lol

lại 1 đám mấm tôm ********* biết ngừơi ta ở đâu, cứ thấy ghét mỹ th́ nói là con cháu thằng Hồ và ở vn, đúng là đầu tôm chỉ biết mỹ với vn kô biết ǵ khác, một đám đi năm 75 chưa thấy mặt 1 thằng vc mà đă sợ té đái bỏ chạy theo mỹ, ng̣ai mỹ ra kô c̣n biết nứơc nào khác hahaha ngu kô biết kô mở miệng nói kô ai biết ḿnh ngu, ngu mà c̣n nói tùm lum để mọi ngừơi biết là ḿnh ngu hahhaha

Xem Mỹ là đồng minh rồi bị Mỹ bỏ rơi 1975 mà bây giờ lại chạy theo Mỹ th́ đúng là hết nói. (ai ngu hơn ai ???)
