Vietbf.com - Theo hăng thông tấn TASR của Slovakia nói rằng, Ngoại trưởng Slovakia, Miroslav Lajcak, trong cuộc tiếp xúc với Ngoại trưởng Việt Nam Phạm B́nh Minh tại New York chủ yếu đề cập tới vụ bắt cóc ông Trịnh Xuân Thanh, và đ̣i Việt Nam phải đưa ra cả những bằng chứng chứng minh đầy đủ cho lời giải thích đó.

Phó Thủ tướng-Ngoại trưởng Slovakia Miroslav Lajcak (trái) bắt tay với Phó Thủ tướng-Bộ trưởng Ngoại giao Phạm B́nh Minh trong một cuộc họp ở Hà Nội năm 2014.

Hăng thông tấn nhà nước Slovakia cho biết Ngoại trưởng Slovakia đă “mạnh mẽ lên án” hành động bắt cóc cựu lănh đạo công ty Cổ phần Xây lắp Dầu khí Việt Nam (PVC) từ Đức, nói rằng đây là hành động “vi phạm nền tảng luật pháp quốc tế và lạm dụng trắng trợn hệ thống khối Schengen, gây tác động tiêu cực lên quan hệ Việt Nam-Slovakia.”

Ngoại trưởng Lajcak c̣n “nhấn mạnh” với Bộ trưởng Ngoại giao Phạm B́nh Minh rằng những giải thích trước đây của đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam về những “nghi ngờ nghiêm trọng” trong vụ bắt cóc người Việt Nam trên lănh thổ Slovakia là “không thỏa đáng”. V́ vậy, thông qua người đồng cấp, ông kêu gọi Việt Nam “nhanh chóng làm rơ mọi nghi ngờ để khôi phục ḷng tin lẫn nhau trong quan hệ song phương”.

“Nếu anh cứ tiếp tục khẳng định rằng anh không lạm dụng ḷng hiếu khách của chúng tôi và công dân bị bắt cóc của anh không có mặt trên máy bay của chính phủ Slovakia, th́ tôi cần một lời giải thích đáng tin cậy về cách anh đưa ông ta từ Đức về lại Việt Nam. Bất kỳ giải thích sai lệch nào về phía anh cũng sẽ gây hậu quả đối với quan hệ song phương giữa hai nước chúng ta. Chúng tôi đang đă sẵn sàng thực hiện các bước hạn chế theo quy định của Liên minh châu Âu”, TASR dẫn lời ông Lajcak nói với ông Phạm B́nh Minh.

Trước đó, Bộ trưởng Nội vụ Slovakia Denisa Sakova sau cuộc họp với người đồng cấp Đức Horst Seehoffer ở Berlin ngày 24/9 cho biết phía Đức không quy trách Slovakia trong vụ bắt cóc ông Trịnh Xuân Thanh, nhưng yêu cầu Slovakia cung cấp thông tin cho họ về các bước xử lư mà Slovakia đă và đang thực hiện về vụ bắt cóc này.

Bà Denisa Sakova nói “hai bên đều đồng ư rằng vụ bắt cóc này ảnh hưởng lên mối quan hệ giữa Đức và Việt Nam và giữa Slovakia và Việt Nam, chứ không phải giữa Slovakia và Đức”.

Việt Nam bị cáo buộc là đă bắt cóc ông Trịnh Xuân Thanh từ Đức và sau đó dùng máy bay mượn của chính phủ Slovakia - nhân chuyến công tác của Bộ trưởng Công an Tô Lâm và các quan chức khác - để đưa ông này sang Nga rồi từ đó về Việt Nam. Các nhà điều tra châu Âu đă phát hiện nhiều bằng chứng và ṭa án Đức gần đây đă quy án một số người liên quan đến vụ bắt cóc này.

Việt Nam cho tới nay vẫn khẳng định ông Trịnh Xuân Thanh tự về nước đầu thú.

Cuộc họp giữa hai bộ trưởng diễn ra hôm 25/9, bên lề cuộc họp Đại hội đồng Liên Hiệp Quốc lần thứ 73 ở New York, Hoa Kỳ.

TASR cho biết ngoại trưởng Slovakia c̣n yêu cầu Việt Nam cung cấp bằng chứng về những giải thích mà Slovakia đ̣i hỏi phải có “ngay lập tức”.

Tin cho hay Phó Thủ Tướng Phạm B́nh Minh hứa sẽ chuyển tải thông điệp này đến các lănh đạo nước ḿnh.
