Old  Default Quan chức TP Hạ Long nói ǵ về tượng con khỉ xấu hoắc
Sau khi nhận được nhiều sự quan tâm về h́nh ảnh của những con giáp quan chức của TP Hạ Long đă chính thức lên tiếng về vụ việc. Được biết trước đó theo ghi nhận tại TP Hạ Long có tới 12 con giáp được dựng lên tuy nhiên do không được chăm chu đáo nên đă ngày càng trở nên xấu xí. Dưới đây là những phát ngôn đáng chú ư nhất của quan chức TP Hạ Long về vụ việc. Những ngày qua, người dân và khách du lịch khi đến với quảng trường 30/10 (TP Hạ Long, Quảng Ninh) không khó để bắt gặp 12 mô h́nh theo chủ đề 12 con giáp kỳ lạ, phủ đầy cỏ dại.

Những con vật này vốn được thiết kế bọc vải lưới có chọc lỗ thủng và chứa đất bên trong để trồng hoa. Tuy nhiên, do lâu ngày không được vun trồng, tỉa tót nên cỏ dại mọc um tùm tạo thành những h́nh thù kỳ dị và không kém phần hài hước.

Trao đổi với PV vào sáng 4/7, ông Trần Tiến Dũng, Phó Giám đốc Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao Quảng Ninh cho biết, đă nắm được thông tin mạng xă hội, báo chí đưa tin về các mô h́nh tượng này.

Ông Dũng cho biết, theo thông tin ông nắm được, 12 mô h́nh theo chủ đề 12 con giáp này là "món quà" được một doanh nghiệp tặng cho tỉnh Quảng Ninh và hiện do UBND TP Hạ Long quản lư.

Bà Thái Thị Thanh Hà, Chánh văn pḥng Sở Du lịch Quảng Ninh cho hay, bà có đọc một số thông tin về 12 mô h́nh theo chủ đề các con giáp được đặt tại quảng trường 30/10 nhưng chủ yếu "họ viết theo kiểu kể chuyện".Bà Hà nói, lănh đạo Sở Du lịch đă nắm thông tin và có chia sẻ với cơ quan chức năng, tuy nhiên, cơ quan này không tham gia thi công, lắp đặt, trang trí, quản lư tại đây mà trách nhiệm thuộc về UBND TP Hạ Long."Do đây là cảnh quan chung nên sau khi có thông tin của dư luận, Sở cũng đă có ư kiến với các cơ quan chức năng", bà Hà nói.

Ông Hoàng Quang Hải, Phó Chủ tịch Thường trực UBND TP Hạ Long cho hay, ông sẽ cho kiểm tra lại vấn đề này.

"Nếu dư luận có ư kiến chê, cho rằng các mô h́nh tượng này xấu th́ cơ quan chức năng cần tiếp thu và chỉnh sửa lại cho đẹp", ông Hải nêu rơ.

Trước đó, theo thông tin được báo chí phản ánh, bức tượng khỉ trong 12 mô h́nh tượng này có nhiều loại cây cảnh mọc kín, vẻ mặt ngô nghê, c̣n h́nh rồng uốn lượn khá mềm mại nhưng do không có hoa phủ nên để lộ ra bộ khung như bị "c̣i xương".

Cách đó không xa, tượng chó bị cỏ dại mọc tua tủa quanh cổ nh́n không khác ǵ như bờm sư tử.

Tượng gà cũng bị cỏ phủ kín khiến người xem dễ h́nh dung đến con đà điểu hơn nếu không thấy cái mào phía trên.

Nhiều ư kiến cho rằng, bộ tượng trông nhếch nhác lại được đặt ở vị trí trung tâm ở Quảng Ninh là không hợp lư.

Theo thông tin của TP Hạ Long, tượng 12 con giáp trên là món quà do một công ty cùng một số chuyên gia và nghệ nhân thiết kế làm tặng Quảng Ninh nhân dịp Tết Nguyên đán Mậu Tuất 2018. Mô h́nh này được nhiều người dân đi du Xuân chiêm ngưỡng và chụp ảnh dịp Tết.
