Những ngày gần đây, người dân xôn xao khi phát hiện tấm biển báo “Đèn đỏ được phép đi thẳng” đoạn qua ngã 3 đường Hồ Tùng Mậu (TP Vinh).
Theo phòng Quản lý đô thị, hệ thống đèn tín hiệu lắp đặt tại nút giao Nguyễn Văn Cừ và Hồ Tùng Mậu đã cũ, không điều chỉnh được tín hiệu đèn, phải thay hệ thống đèn mới. Do đó, trước mắt, thành phố cắm biển để người dân được đi thẳng, không phải đợi đèn đỏ tại ngã 3 này.
Tuy nhiên, nhiều ý kiến cho rằng nên sửa nội dung biển báo và cần chú ý việc giảm tốc độ, quan sát, nhường đường cho người đi bộ vì vẫn có trường hợp phóng nhanh, vượt ẩu gây nguy hiểm, nhất là khi trẻ con và người già qua đường không có người lớn đi kèm...
