Vừa mới đây, Đức đã đuổi nhân viên Đại sứ quán CSVN nhanh chóng rời khỏi Đức. Đồng thời đưa ra thông cáo cứng rắn yêu cầu phía CSVN trả người. Nếu CSVN vẫn còn ngoan cố chắc chắn sẽ có cái kết đắng.
Bước trừng phạt CSVN kế tiếp sẽ là cấp độ chính trị, kinh tế và phát triển. Điều này có nghĩa là sẽ CẮT VIỆN TRỢ PHÁT TRIỂN, không cho VN mượn tiền trong hệ thống Âu Châu và thu hẹp bang giao giữa hai nước.

Đức yêu cầu phía CSVN phải thả Trịnh Xuân Thanh về lại Đức để ông có thể hoàn tất hồ sơ xin tị nạn, và nước Việt Nam muốn dẫn độ TXT thì cần phải qua trình tự một cách hợp lệ.
Germany demanded that Thanh be returned so that the asylum and extradition proceedings could be conducted properly.
"There is no longer any serious doubt about the participation of the Vietnamese intelligence services and the embassy ... in the kidnapping of a Vietnamese citizen in Berlin," German Foreign Ministry spokesman Martin Schaefer told reporters.
The kidnapping, he added, "is an unprecedented and flagrant violation of German and international law" and "has the potential to negatively influence relations in a massive way."
Vietnam's ambassador was summoned to the foreign ministry on Tuesday and was told that Germany demanded that Thanh be returned so that the asylum and extradition proceedings could be conducted properly.
