Khi nợ công của Việt Nam đang cao tới mức trần mà quốc hội cho phép 65%, thủ tướng Phúc đă đề nghị tính thêm 30% kinh tế ngầm vào GDP để ông có thể đi vay thêm tiền nhằm bù đắp bội chi ngân sách.


Mới chỉ 15 ngày đầu 2018, chính quyền Hà Nội đă bội chi ngân sách tới gần 19 ngàn tỷ đồng. Nếu việc này tiếp diễn sẽ quả là một thảm họa cho người dân Việt.

Dự hội nghị triển khai kế hoạch Tổng cục Thống kê, một lần nữa yêu cầu "tính đúng, đủ quy mô kinh tế" lại được Thủ tướng Nguyễn Xuân Phúc nhắc nhở cơ quan thống kê. Đây là lần thứ 3 lănh đạo Chính phủ yêu cầu ngành thống kê cần thay đổi lại cách tính GDP.

Theo Thủ tướng, thu thập và chất lượng thông tin thống kê c̣n bất cập; phương pháp chế độ thống kê hiện c̣n bỏ sót lớn khi chưa tính được khu vực kinh tế phi chính thức vào GDP.

Người đứng đầu Tổng cục Thống kê ông Nguyễn Bích Lâm ước tính, kinh tế phi chính thức hiện chiếm tới 30% GDP.


Thủ tướng nói và giục cơ quan thống kê sớm hoàn thành cách tính mới trong 6 tháng đầu năm 2018.

Việc tính cả nền kinh tế ngầm sẽ cho phép chính quyền Hà Nội tăng giới hạn tiền đi vay. Điều này chắc chắn sẽ có hậu quả lớn bởi kinh tế ngầm không bị thu thuế. Khi nợ quá lớn, nhà nước sẽ lại phải tăng thuế đánh vào người dân lương thiện, c̣n kinh tế ngầm không bị ảnh hưởng.

Nếu người dân có quyền lên tiếng, chắc chắn họ sẽ có một yêu cầu nho nhỏ với chính quyền VC. Họ chỉ mong có câu trả lời cho những thắc mắc sau:
Làm cách nào trả nợ khi nạn tham nhũng lúc nào cũng cao hơn nhiều lần với số nợ chồng chất?
Số tiền mượn về được dùng vào những công tŕnh ǵ và tổng số chi tiêu là bao nhiêu?
Tại sao cán bộ và đảng viên lại có quá nhiều tài sản như vậy?
Những kẻ cầm đầu diệt tham nhũng sao lại c̣n giàu hơn những tên tham nhũng rất nhiều?
Để có thể trả lời mấy câu này th́ VC chắc cũng cần thêm thời gian 40 năm nữa, v́ đất nước ta đang nghèo và đang trong lúc xây dựng lại cơ sở hạ tầng.
