Hiến pháp Hoa Kỳ kêu gọi ba bước để loại bỏ Chủ tịch Hạ viện khỏi quyền lực:

3•) giao cho Thượng viện cho bước thứ ba và cũng là bước cuối cùng trong quá tŕnh chất vấn.

Bây giờ, chúng tôi có thể sử dụng bất kỳ câu chuyện kể nào mà chúng tôi muốn để tiến tới một thử nghiệm tại Thượng viện.

Governor’s Conference Votes 32-18 to Impeach Nancy Pelosi


The United States Constitution calls for three steps to remove a Speaker of the House from power. First, the White House has to file impeachment papers in court, which RUDY GIULIANI DID already. Next, the Conference of American Governors has to enter a supermajority vote of “no confidence” in the public record.

This morning, that vote was entered as 2 Democrats joined 30 Republicans in securing the needed numbers. The vote will be recorded by the Secretary of State and delivered to the Senate for the third and final step in the impeachment process.

New Hampshire Lieutenant Governor Art Tubolls said it was “awe-inspiring” to be a part of such a historic event:

“Nobody has ever come close to impeaching a Speaker before. The Constitution makes it very difficult, since she is literally considered the voice of the people. Now, we get to use whatever narrative we like to move forward to a trial in the Senate. Pick one: She’s a drunk. She’s a criminal. Her daughters are criminals. She’s a member of the Deep State. There are 20 reasons to impeach her. All we need now is one.”

Once the vote of the Governors reaches Mitch McConnell, he’ll have 10 days to initiate a trial for impeachment. Rumor has it they’re already building their case and that Giuliani and Dershowitz will be the legal minds arguing the case. That spells disaster for Pelosi.

Sorry, Nancy, but you did this to yourself.

There is a satire disclaimer in the very thumbnail image of the post and there are several more on the page itself. The article was posted under the category "The Fictional Impeachment of Nancy Pelosi". The name "Art Tubolls" is an anagram for "Busta Troll", the owner of the site. And of course members of Congress are not subject to impeachment. So every reasonable person should understand that the story was just a joke.

However on June 3, 2019 links to the story were posted on several pro-Trump Facebook groups and the article went viral again because many people believed it was real.

The site is part of the "America's Last Line of Defense" network of satire websites run byself-professed liberal troll Christopher Blair from Maine along with a loose confederation of friends and allies. Blair has been in a feud with fact checking website Snopes for some time now and has also criticized other fact checkers in the past who labeled his work "fake news" instead of satire. In reaction to this he has recently rebranded all his active websites and Facebook pages so they carry extremely visible disclaimers everywhere.

Governors can’t impeach a sitting member of the US House. It’s called seperation of powers.

And impeachment proceedings in the House run by Democrats?

Not going to happen.

The best way to get rid of Speaker Pelosi would be to elect Republicans and get a new speaker.

CÂU CHUYỆN CON LỪA

Một ngày nọ, con lừa của một ông chủ trang trại, xảy chân rơi xuống giếng. Lừa kêu la tội nghiệp hàng giờ liền. Người chủ trang trại cố nghĩ xem nên làm ǵ. Cuối cùng ông quyết định: Con lừa đă già, dù sao cái giếng cũng cần lấp lại, không ích lợi ǵ trong việc cứu lừa lên cả.

Ông nhờ vài người hàng xóm sang giúp ḿnh. Họ xúc đất và đỗ vào giếng. Ngay từ đầu, lừa đă hiểu chuyện ǵ đang xảy ra với nó, nó kêu la thảm thiết. Nhưng sau đó, lừa trở nên im lặng. Sau một vài xẻng đất, ông chủ trang trại nh́n xuống giếng và vô cùng sửng sốt. Mỗi khi bị xẻng đất đổ lên lưng, lừa lắc ḿnh cho đất rơi xuống, lừa lại bước lên cao hơn. Chỉ một lúc sau, mọi người nh́n thấy chú lừa xuất hiện trên miệng giếng và lóc cốc chạy ra ngoài.
