Các nguồn tin ngoại giao đề nghị không nêu tên cho biết Tổng thống Mỹ Barack Obama sẽ thăm Việt Nam từ ngày 22.5.

Theo VOA, lịch tŕnh của Tổng thống hiện vẫn được hai nước thu xếp, chưa quyết định các hoạt động cụ thể, và có thể phải đến rất sát ngày ông Obama bay đến Hà Nội mới có lịch chính thức.

Các nguồn tin cho VOA hay, cũng như hai tổng thống Mỹ là Bill Clinton và George Bush từng đến thăm Việt Nam lần lượt trong các năm 2000 và 2006, Tổng thống Obama dự kiến sẽ gặp các lănh đạo cao nhất của Việt Nam ở Hà Nội rồi tới thăm thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.

Ông có thể sẽ phát biểu tại một trường đại học.

Hồi tháng 11.2000, trong chuyến thăm lịch sử của vị tổng thống Mỹ đầu tiên đến Việt Nam kể từ khi kết thúc Chiến tranh Việt Nam, ông Bill Clinton đă phát biểu tại Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội, sự kiện đă được truyền h́nh trực tiếp ở Việt Nam và trên kênh CNN của Mỹ.

Các nguồn tin ngoại giao không tiết lộ chi tiết ông Obama sẽ bàn thảo ǵ hoặc kư kết các thỏa thuận nào với phía Việt Nam, song các nguồn tin khác có liên quan đến chuyến thăm cho hay các vấn đề hai bên quan tâm bao gồm: việc mở đường bay thẳng giữa Việt Nam và Mỹ, quan hệ thương mại cũng như Hiệp định Xuyên Thái B́nh Dương, tăng cường quan hệ giáo dục và giao lưu nhân dân, việc cho phép Tổ chức Ḥa B́nh Mỹ hoạt động t́nh nguyện và dạy tiếng Anh ở Việt Nam, khởi động Đại học Fulbright, cũng như tăng cường quan hệ quốc pḥng-an ninh, và tiếp tục bàn về nhân quyền.

Ngoài ra, hai bên có thể bàn thêm về việc Mỹ xem xét việc công nhận Việt Nam có nền kinh tế thị trường và dỡ bỏ lệnh cấm bán vũ khí.

Mỹ-đào-ngũ cũng khác với Vịt-đào-ngũ đấy chứ? Mỹ th́ chỉ cần 20 năm là nó vác xác xin “bên thắng cuộc”.... cho em “nối lại t́nh xưa” từ thời Clinton, rồi Bush, rồi 3Bak; c̣n mấy con Vịt đần độn th́ cả 41 năm chỉ biết ù ù cạp cạp dưới rănh dưới cống mà cứ vẫn tưởng ḿnh đă... học hết lớp 5... Chao ối chao ồi.... Nh́n lũ bay cứ ngơ nga ngớ ngớ sao ấy... Tao gặp ở khu PLT hoài mà lị.... Hehehehe... Mà thôi kệ! Chứ tao cũng chả giúp được ǵ... Hehehehe.....
