Brown rice tea (Trà Gạo Lức)

Ingredient:
- 0.5 kg brown rice

Equipment:
- Frying pan
- 0.5 liter teapot and teacups
- Bamboo chopsticks
- Tablespoon

Preparation Steps:


1. Wash and drain brown rice.
Roast brown rice without oil in
the frying pan until dark brown
(for 10 or 15 minutes) 2. Pour into a bottle and keep
it in cool and dry place


3. Infusion process: Place about
5-10 grams of roasted brown rice
in teapot and add boiling water. 4. Allow to infuse tea in five
minutes before serving in tea cups.

Recommendations:

- When toasting, adjust the temperature to achieve the nice color of roasted brown rice.
- During the infusion process, the amount of roasted brown rice used is up to your taste.
