Tờ Financial Times vào ngày 2 tháng 8 loan tin Đức đưa ra thời hạn 48 tiếng buộc đại sứ Hà Nội và viên chức trưởng cơ quan t́nh báo Việt Nam tại Berlin phải rời khỏi Đức ???
