I have no problem with the deportation... I have a problem with Americans adopting these children and not being responsible fit them.... Once a child is adopted from a foreign country and relocated to the US, the child should inherit some residency status (the adoption cost should include those necessary fees).. and any parent that adopt a child and abandon them should be charged for child abandonment...

According to my knowledge : current immigration laws is that a child adopted by American parents is automatically a citizen when the adoption is completed in the US.
