tưởng cũng nên nhắc lại sự rạn nứt của EC có lẽ khởi nguồn từ lúc Pháp 0 đồng ý cho UK và North Ireland gia nhập, mãi đến 1973 mới bỏ cuộc...Lúc ấy EC chỉ có 9 quốc gia thành viên Tây phương (giới CS Đông Âu chưa sụp đổ), UK bây giờ vẫn còn cay cú Pháp ghê lắm...
