Vietnam traffic is madness.. The roads are often in bad condition : stones, potholes and garbage...You can cross the streets relatively simple as person on foot... But you should be brave.... Cuz nobody stick to traffic rules.. The high risk of an accident is everywhere... A basic problem of the CSVN society is reflected in the traffic..
Unlike western police...CSGT (Côn an) they are not your friend and assistant. Everybody fears them. They are low paid. So “extra money” is subject that pays well
