What Putin revealed on how IS gets supports financially or how it's organised and functions, is not NEW.

I bet some of people in this forum have figured it out themselves already. The problem is solidarity of US, NATO and the cooperation from Russia, Iran and Turkey which are not formed in order to weed the IS out.

Plus, one of the chips on the table is to topple the current Syrian government before taking out the IS, and Russia would not want to see it happening.

That's why you probably hear Putin saying it all the time that Russia is willing to fight along with the Syrian uprising group to crush IS, but NEVER mentioned to the deal of toppling the current Syrian government, which the Syrian uprising group and the US have been trying to do.

Unless the two big countries, US and Russian (China is NOT doing F**king anything to help) can see eye to eye and lay out the ground works to weed the IS out completely, until then ISIS will still be able to put the hurt on many more innocent people around the world as they cowardly did.
