The Canadian Food Inspection Agency and Far East North America Food Ltd. are warning people with allergies to milk not to consume certain Trung Nguyen brand G7 Instant Coffee.

The affected product contains milk which is not declared on the label, and has been distributed in Alberta and British Columbia.

Far East North America Food Ltd., which is based in Richmond, B.C., is voluntarily recalling the affected product from the marketplace.

There have been no reported illnesses, but ingestion of the coffee may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction in persons with allergies to milk.
